Message	is supposed to be all about. What is happening here is as if you went to a restaraunt, they wouldnt take your order, wouldnt come to your table when you tried to get someone's attention, you gave up (maybe you were sitting in a closed section of the restaraunt, making it your fault, who knows) and posted your experience on a bulletin board in the local YMCA, and now they are tripping all over themselves to save face because it is out in the public sphere and they draw a lot of their business from YMCA members.
